Pressure Washing Safety

Will pressure washing damage my siding, roof, or paint?

Not when it's done right. Siding, stucco, and painted surfaces get a soft wash, low pressure plus a cleaning solution, while higher pressure is reserved for tougher surfaces like concrete.

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution and is the right call for siding, roofs, and anything delicate. Pressure washing uses higher pressure and is built for concrete, driveways, and other hard surfaces.

Is it safe on stamped or colored concrete?

Yes, with the right pressure and technique. We're careful with decorative concrete finishes and will test an inconspicuous spot first if there's ever a question.

How Often

How often should I have my driveway cleaned?

Most driveways in this area do well with a cleaning once or twice a year, more often if it sits in the shade or under trees.

How often should a deck be washed?

Once a year is typical, ideally timed before staining or sealing season if you're planning a refinish.

How often should I wash the house?

About once a year for most homes, though shady or humid spots that grow mildew fast may want it more often.
